MKE Hall Giveaway

The sponsor of this promotion is MKE Hall, 8653 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“MKE Hall” or “Sponsor”).

The MKE Hall Dream Event Giveaway begins October 17, 2026 and ends November 7, 2026.

The Treasure Hunt is planned for Sunday, November 7, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m. Central Time, subject to change under Section 6.

The promotion is open to individuals who complete the entry process in Section 4.

A candidate does not have to be a resident of Milwaukee or Wisconsin. Any resident who otherwise meets these rules and participates in the promotion is eligible.

Employees, contractors, owners, immediate family members, household members, prize partners, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.

A winner must be legally able to sign an MKE Hall event agreement. If the event is for a person under age 18, the prize credit will be issued to that person’s parent or legal guardian, who will be legally responsible for the event agreement and all non-prize costs.

No purchase, booking, deposit, or payment is required to receive a valid entry for the Grand Prize, Treasure Hunt, and other giveaway drawings.

To receive one valid entry, a person must:

• Schedule a free showing of MKE Hall during the Promotion Period;
• Attend the scheduled showing at MKE Hall between October 17, 2026 and Nov 6th, 2026; and
• Complete the free valid entry form provided by MKE Hall.

No admission fee is required. Attending a showing and completing an entry form does not require a booking or payment.

Limit one valid entry per person and household. Duplicate, false, incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or altered entries may be disqualified.

Each person who attends a scheduled showing and receives a valid entry form may receive the Treasure Hunt information by email and text message using the contact information provided on the entry form.

The entry form will include a separate optional text-message consent checkbox: “I agree to receive MKE Hall text messages about this Treasure Hunt. Msg/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.” Text-message consent is not required to enter or win. Entrants who do not consent to text messages may receive Treasure Hunt information and other promotion communications by email.

MKE Hall will hide 300 official giveaway boxes containing rings at four public Milwaukee locations. Some boxes may also contain cash prizes in varying amounts, as identified inside the official box. Regular $1,000-credit rings will be visually distinct from First Place, Second Place, and Third Place prize rings by different colors, stones, and/or other clearly noticeable features.

The four locations will be selected with one east, one west, one south, and one north of downtown Milwaukee so people from throughout the area have an opportunity to participate.

The four locations will be emailed to people who received a valid entry form after attending a scheduled MKE Hall showing and texted only to entrants who separately opted in to receive Treasure Hunt text messages.

The locations are planned to be sent Sunday afternoon at approximately 1:00 p.m. Central Time. The time, date, locations, and Treasure Hunt format are subject to change at MKE Hall’s discretion.

If bad weather, freezing weather, unsafe conditions, a public-safety concern, permit issue, or other circumstance is predicted or occurs, MKE Hall may move the Treasure Hunt to the day before or to the following week. Entrants must watch MKE Hall’s official Facebook page for weather updates and final instructions.

Participants must obey all laws, traffic rules, public-property rules, and location instructions. No trespassing, digging, damaging property, climbing, running into traffic, fighting, harassment, or unsafe behavior is allowed. MKE Hall may disqualify any participant who behaves unsafely or disruptively.

Each eligible person may claim only one official ring box. A ring must be brought to MKE Hall and verified before any Ring Finder Prize is awarded.

Odds of locating a particular special box depend on the number of participating eligible entrants and are not fixed.

All prizes are conditional promotional event credits or services provided by MKE Hall unless specifically stated as cash.

Prizes are not transferable, assignable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.

Limit one prize of any kind per person, household, or immediate family. For purposes of these rules, “immediate family” includes a person’s spouse, parent, child, or sibling. A prize may not be combined, stacked, or used with another giveaway prize, MKE Hall promotional credit, discount, or offer unless these rules expressly state otherwise.

Prize credits may be applied to an eligible MKE Hall booking made on or after October 17, 2026, subject to these rules and the winner’s signed event agreement.

Winners are responsible for all costs not expressly included in their prize, including taxes, permits, food and beverage, alcohol, staffing, security, transportation, upgrades, damages, gratuities, and any other event expenses.

All dates, vendors, décor selections, room layouts, and services are subject to MKE Hall availability, venue policies, applicable law, and the signed event agreement.

One winner will receive a maximum $20,000 MKE Hall credit toward an eligible wedding or quinceañera package.

The Grand Prize may include:

• Hall rental
• Custom décor and design
• Event program and setup selected by MKE Hall

The Grand Prize is valid only for an available MKE Hall event date on or after May 1, 2027 and no later than December 31, 2028.

The Grand Prize winner must be a bride-to-be or quinceañera, or the parent/legal guardian booking on their behalf, and must schedule an eligible MKE Hall event by December 31, 2028.

If the selected package costs more than $20,000, the winner must pay the difference. If the selected package costs less than $20,000, the unused balance is forfeited and has no cash value.

Odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1 in the number of valid entries received.

One winner will receive a free MKE Hall wedding or quinceañera package with a maximum value of $10,000 (ARV: $10,000).

The Second Prize may be applied toward hall rental, custom décor and design, and event program and setup selected by MKE Hall. If the selected package costs more than $10,000, the winner must pay the difference. If the selected package costs less than $10,000, the unused balance is forfeited and has no cash value.

No purchase, booking, deposit, or payment is required to enter or win this giveaway. The winner is responsible for all excluded charges and costs not expressly included in the prize, including taxes, food and beverage, alcohol, staffing, security, transportation, upgrades, damages, permits, and gratuities.

The Second Prize is valid only for an available MKE Hall event date on or after May 1, 2027.

Two separate winners will each receive one prize with a maximum value of $5,000 (ARV: $5,000). Each Third Prize winner may choose either: (a) a free MKE Hall party package with a value up to $5,000; or (b) a $5,000 credit toward an eligible MKE Hall wedding or quinceañera package.

If a winner selects the wedding or quinceañera credit and the selected package costs more than $5,000, that winner must pay the difference. If a selected party, wedding, or quinceañera package costs less than $5,000, the unused balance is forfeited and has no cash value. Winners are responsible for all excluded charges and costs not expressly included in the prize, including taxes, food and beverage, alcohol, staffing, security, transportation, upgrades, damages, permits, and gratuities.

No purchase, booking, deposit, or payment is required to enter or win this giveaway. The Third Prize is not transferable, exchangeable for cash, or refundable.

The Third Prize is valid only for available Friday or Sunday event dates, unless MKE Hall approves another date in writing, and only for an available MKE Hall event date on or after May 1, 2027.

The first 300 eligible people who find an official regular MKE Hall giveaway ring, follow the Treasure Hunt rules, and have the ring verified by MKE Hall will each receive one $1,000 Conditional MKE Hall Event Credit (ARV: $1,000) toward one new eligible MKE Hall party or event with a regular advertised package price of at least $5,000 before taxes, gratuities, alcohol, and excluded charges.

No purchase, booking, deposit, or payment is required to enter or win this giveaway or to find a box. This conditional event credit requires the winner to book an eligible event in order to redeem it. If the winner elects to book an eligible event, the winner is responsible for the remaining package balance and all excluded charges. No cash redemption, refund, or residual value. The credit expires December 31, 2028.

Each $1,000 Ring Finder Credit is a separate, non-stackable credit. It may not be added to, combined with, or used together with any other prize, MKE Hall credit, promotion, discount, or offer.

Lost, copied, altered, purchased, stolen, fraudulent, or unverified rings do not qualify.

Limit one Ring Finder Prize per person.

One of the 300 hidden ring boxes will contain $500 cash and a Special Prize Ring with an original verification code. The Special Prize Ring must be presented at MKE Hall with its original verification code within 72 hours after the Treasure Hunt ends, or the Special Cash Ring Box prize is forfeited.

The eligible finder of that box may keep the $500 cash. After reporting the find and bringing the official ring to MKE Hall for verification, MKE Hall will award that verified finder an additional $500 cash.

The total cash award for the Special Cash Ring Box is $1,000.

A $500 cash bonus will be awarded to one eligible non-immediate-family person nominated by the verified Grand Prize winner. Within 24 hours of notification and before the public announcement, the verified Grand Prize winner may nominate one non-immediate-family person who told them about this promotion. That nominated person receives the $500 cash bonus after verification.

This bonus is not an entry requirement and does not affect the odds of winning any other prize. MKE Hall’s determination of eligibility and verification is final.

Limit one prize of any kind per person, household, or immediate family. If a person or family verifies a larger prize after a smaller prize, the larger prize replaces the smaller prize. The smaller prize is forfeited and cannot be combined.

Potential winners may be contacted by phone, email, text message, or another method using the information provided on the entry form.

Potential winners must respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt. A winner may be required to provide identification and sign an eligibility affidavit, prize agreement, event agreement, liability release, and publicity release where lawful.

If a potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete required paperwork, MKE Hall may select an alternate winner.

Each event-prize winner must sign a MKE Hall event agreement and reserve an eligible available date within 90 days after prize verification.

Failure to sign the agreement, choose an eligible date, or pay required non-prize costs may result in prize forfeiture.

All event dates are subject to availability. MKE Hall does not guarantee any specific date.

MKE Hall may exclude holidays, dates already booked, dates requiring special staffing, or other unavailable dates. Those dates are not eligible unless MKE Hall approves them in writing.

MKE Hall may substitute a prize component with a component of equal or greater value if a component is unavailable, unsafe, unlawful, discontinued, or impractical.

No prize substitution entitles a winner to cash unless the prize specifically states cash.

Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all costs not specifically included in the prize.

MKE Hall may issue tax forms when required by law.

MKE Hall may disqualify any person who tampers with the promotion, submits false information, uses multiple identities, attempts to manipulate a drawing, breaks Treasure Hunt safety rules, harasses others, violates venue policies, or acts in an unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or dishonest manner.

MKE Hall’s decisions concerning eligibility, entries, prize administration, winner selection, Treasure Hunt verification, and interpretation of these rules are final.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social-media platform.

Entrants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and their respective affiliates from responsibility related to this promotion.

Except where prohibited by law, winners agree that MKE Hall may use their name, city, likeness, event photos, testimonial, and prize-related content for promotional purposes without further payment.

By entering or participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MKE Hall, its owners, employees, contractors, vendors, prize partners, and the applicable public-location owners or managers from claims arising from participation in the promotion or Treasure Hunt, attendance at a showing, prize acceptance, travel, or an event, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct where such release is not permitted by law.

Information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the giveaway, communicate Treasure Hunt and weather information, contact entrants and winners, and communicate with entrants about MKE Hall, subject to applicable law.

MKE Hall may cancel, modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the promotion or Treasure Hunt if weather, safety concerns, permit issues, fraud, technical failure, force majeure, legal requirements, or any event beyond MKE Hall’s reasonable control affects the fairness, security, or proper administration of the promotion.

These rules are governed by Wisconsin law. Any dispute will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
